Hardly ever open when you go there, never polite, always talking to someone on the phone when they are serving you and never a friendly welcome. Their customer service is shocking!!

My local post office and totally useless. I'm constantly turned away with parcels I've pre booked as they have "no space" even though it's clear they could make space, they just can't be bothered. I've also been overcharged for parcel postage several times. I've now stopped bothering and always go to George's in Pill. He cant do enough to help.

I wont be back. You've lost a regular customer. Over charged me by £10 for a basic small grocery shop. When I realised, I went back to the store (about 10 minutes later). He said no to giving back my overcharged money as i have no proof, even though i still had the items on me, he recognised me and my bank app showed the money taken. I said OK ill just return the lot and shop elsewhere and he said no returns. This is illegal, to not take returns. No matter how small the cost. I'll be speaking to my bank. I'll also use a different post office and tell people to avoid this place. Disgusting since they took over the place, ots gone down hill. The post office closes for breaks whenever they fancy, and they just sit there on phones chatting in a different language making it very uncomfortable to be in line here.

Everytime I go here to get electric they shut the post office at least an hour early. Even went at 6pm once and they closed.

Very poor quality of service, the owner of the store and his employee do not fully understand what the post office is all about. They have no basic knowledge of Signature and Tracking Shipping. The only thing they can do is accept and deliver packages and letters. I recommend as it is possible to use other plans with English or European service.

Charged me for a small box when trying to send a large letter which it around £2/3 extra and then Snatched the cash out of my hand and dropped the box which clearly said FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE right in front of me and my partner

Pretty sure I've been overcharged for postage on numerous occasions. When I've posted something with the lady with the short hair it's always cheaper than the old man with the hat. He is also very slow and can be rude. My barcode couldn't scan and he just handed it back saying nothing, expecting me to just leave. You will always be made to feel like an inconvenience to him. She is great though.

They were so sweet and couldn?t have done anymore to help. The people working at the actually post office point were so co-operative and so much so they held the postman just so we would catch the post. Couldn?t have had any better service

its the worst costumers service i ever seen. I bought postage on ebay and he didnt want to take care abaut becouse i didnt give him "make money" " ... he took packadges and dump them in a bag without puting thru system becouse he didnt care what happend with them. i took them back and went to different post office. never again!!!!!
