Rachel at Pinkmove was so lovely, always happy to answer any queries and always got back to me quickly if she wasn't available. The whole pinkmove team have been great and I would recommend them!
Gavin was also amazing! He showed me around the property and allowed plenty of time and showed a real interest in the process. He had established a good relationship with the vendor also which was helpful. Best estate agent I've met whilst house searching for over a year!

Property was chosen through Pinkmove and is perfect.
Buying a house has a lot of uncertainty and stress.
Throughout the process Jodie was very communicative throughout and I felt like i knew where i stood at all stages of the buying process.
She is very friendly and helpful, if i ever need another house i hope to deal with her again!
Update: Now completed i would also like to include thanks to the rest of the pinkmove team including Paige and Rachel who kept us updated throughout the process from making an offer to completion .

Bought a house with Pink move. Seller was buying a new build in Abbey woods Llantarnam. Pink Move lied to us repeatedly about build completion dates abc thsts when we could get hold of someone. We have a 3k solicitor bill and no house move completion. I would have given 0 if it was available - funny how all reviews shown are 5 star

This is the second time we have used them to sell a property and we have no complaints. Very friendly agents, arrived on time for valuation and photographs.
