Absolutely lovely security guard in the Newport store who checked on my elderly mother and guided her to a seat to rest up. It?s not very often that you have a welcoming, caring and supportive security guard with a fantastic sense of humour who looks after the customers. Well done you lovely person.

Really lovely and helpful staff I can't recommend it enough. I am very shy and the staff were so nice to me and helped me when making decisions about what trousers were businessy enough for my new job! Very grateful to them!The clothes are also really good quality which I was pleased about :)

Would not step foot in this shop. Over priced for Bad quality clothing, Bad customer service. This is why they don't have many customers no wonder they went bust before.

I?ve only recently started shopping at peacocks at Newport retail park they have a great selection of summer clothes and at the moment have money of vouchers, I spent quite a lot on my first visit and the lady on the till was so helpful, I?ve since discovered her name is Kate , I had to return a few items a few days later and exchanged them for something diff , I was so pleased when I got to the till and the sam lovely lady was there all smiles and as helpful as ever ?? keep up the good work Kate you make shopping in Peacocks extra special ?
