follow up- yes the letter to pay customs charges took a week and (as others have noted) came so that the next available day is a saturday and incurs a £12 additional fee. Shameless Parcelforce, shameless!

If I could give less I wouldWhat an absolute joke give a time 12:20 to 1:30 up hospital so had to leave my partner for a no show can't find my property even though it's 4/5 miles away... worldwide parcel delivery service mind... an absolute joke,all becouse it was a big parcel and he was lazy more like it...

If you?re looking for the worst postal depot in the UK then you?re in the right place. If you?re looking to deliver a parcel to somebody then I strongly recommend not using parcel force, because it just doesn?t happen. Everytime I see that one of my parcels is being delivered by Parcelforce I weep inside.Everytime I have something delivered by these guys something without fail goes wrong. Either the van breaks down, staff shortages, parcel has been scanned incorrectly, you name it and these guys will mess it up.If you want to call Newport depot you?d have more chance or drawing blood from a stone. You have got absolutely no chance in reaching these guys, they just don?t care. You may as well attach a letter to a pigeons foot and send it flying into the distance. Im sure that method would have more chance reaching this woeful company.In conclusion just use Dpd, Evri or any other company basically (except Yodel they?re embarrassing as well)

Avoid at all cost !!! They keep my parcel in their depot for 10 days and then sent me the charge envelope exactly on a Friday so they can squize more money for Saturday delivery and after i call them to complain about it i received my parcel Damaged and open in one corner as they had to see whats inside ! If i was using Delivero i thing the guys on the bikes where faster and more reliable !!! Look at the reviews for this company before using !!!

Scammers. Every time I have dealings with them, I cannot even count the number of days I spent at home waiting for the parcel that arrived after more than a week. The customer service department is useless, refusing to answer questions, and constantly telling falsehoods, just to leave a message regarding "delivery attempted" even though I spent the entire day at home, and no card was left about where the package was left.

Worst delivery company ever! I'm still not sure companies use this service. They don't even knock at your door, leave a card or anything. Just get assuage to say you weren't in and to follow instruction on the non existent card! Paid for express delivery for them not to deliver on time, I've now lost business and a huge client!!!

Apparently adverse weather conditions stopped my parcel being delivered to day in Abergavenny? Was the sun too hot for the poor driver maybe? Terrible company they have never ever successfully delivered a parcel to my house I have had to redirect to a post office each time, they are as bad as Evri!!

Very unprofessional service from both the drive and customer service got told parcel had been attempted but no one was in rang customer services and got told the driver had been to the wrong address and that he would be with me shortly still no parcel waste of time

Don?t even deserve one star worst delivery company ever. Five days in the depot and blame a back log. Paid for 48h delivery too.Never would I ever use this company again

Parcel on 24 hour express delivery, 3 days late and counting, phoned, put on hold for 40 minutes then cut off, phoned back to the message "sorry, closing in 5 minutes" hopefully pmt will start using a different company. Just been in touch with another company because my order with them is two days late, and surprise surprise, it's with Parcel Force

Delivery options are not adhered to. I asked for a delivery for the 20th July and received a confirmation with a redelivery number but they still attempted delivery the next day on 19th July despite all of the latter.

Absolute rubbish company, drivers say they tried to deliver parcel. Have Ring security camera, that detects motion all day and night. Every movement for other deliveries accounted for. Parcelforce non existent, need to question drivers. This happens all the time, BAD MANAGEMENT

Absolutely categorically definitely THE WORST COURIER SERVICE available in the UK today. Have upwards of 25x deliveries a week to our house and you can guarantee that every time a business uses Parcelfarce there is an issue. Drivers knock a door with full size ring doorbell attached to instead of pressing the doorbell, then don't card the attempt. Absolute Sausages. It's that bad it's laughable. Even Yodel aren't this bad.

Absolute joke ! I have had the misfortune twice now of being let down by parcelforce newport . This time was the final straw , waiting for a delivery for order of service cards for my nans funeral . A very important parcel that was supposed to be left with a neighbour. It got returned to depot , they were supposed to deliver it next day and they didn?t . It was too late by then to use them . We had to print them at home in the end and not what my nan deserved ! A very stressful time on top of an already upsetting time

The worst of all the delivery companies. Drivers don?t even try to deliver within the allocated time slot, an hour either side of this is the norm. They knock the door at the force of a church mouse. No card left behind despite tracking saying there will be. Sent my parcel to the wrong depot. Didn?t turn up on a promised delivery day, had to wait in all day for nothing! It?s almost like they try their best NOT to delivery your parcel
