Went in after I received message about possibly lower phone tariff. The assistant Rhys was brilliant, he was efficient and competent resulting in a new MUCH lower tariff for MUCH more data. 10 out of 10 to him, he did his corporate built in sales pitch to me to comply with his management instructions. Sour side is how was my previous tariff so high, I would have been recommended it last visit !!

Went in to store to upgrade my watch
Wasn?t happy at all cause I couldn?t get the upgrade due to not having a direct debt on my account and was told to come back next day.
Went online and ordered it immediately with no problems, definitely won?t be returning to this store again all will be done through my o2 app to avoid a inconvenient trip.
Shouldn?t make a difference if having one on there or not as I always pay on time so personally what a joke in my eyes.

Went in shop, i appreciate the two sales assistants had customers but they never even acknowledged me. Twenty Mins later another colleague came in the shop crom lunch or break, walked straight passed went in the back & then came out to help.

Quick, kind, straight forward. I went in?I was served immediately?I got my phone taken care of. No fuss no hassle it was a perfect experience. I could not ask for more or less out of a phone company. It even smelt like a phone company.

Had a fab experience with 02 Newport today I visited them with a few questions, they were super friendly. I believe I spoke with Nicola I think she was the manager? also there was a young lad who was super helpful can't remember his name fab customer service thanks guys x
