Changing rooms. Order and pick up in store. Menswear, ladies wear, home items and kids. Also toiletries, bags and shoes. Gifts at Christmas. Staff are friendly. The store is very hot and worse still upstairs. Not enough Menswear. They seemed to have changed something as all of a sudden, the men's jumpers have very long sleeves which is really odd and unwearable so I have stopped buying them for family. Can be overpriced.

Rude Staff! Horrible customer service. The lady who is incharge of the store has behavioural issues and not supposed to be serving customer with that don?t care attitude and refused to serve us. She needs lot of training I believe. Running away without providing the name of her?

The most incredible customer service at Spytty Retail Park Next, Newport. Thank you to Jack who ordered men's trousers in store for us on Saturday evening which were delivered to our house the next day in less than 24 hours. Superb service, many thanks indeed.
