Had to go in to get a suit for my son and omg the lady that helped is was so kind and friendly and mare a stressful shopping trip so much easier for us. Really appreciated the member of staff for her help.

Emma (supervisor) and Lee (cashier) treated me abysmally today. They are both acted in such a way that they have stained the reputation of Next massively. I have escalated the matter to head office and the store manager Calum is aware. I have video evidence of the treatment I received and this has also been forwarded to head office. I have never been treated so poorly by any retail assistants before. Shocking!!!! I will update my review once I have had a response from head office. Suffice to say both members of staff were highly rude, unprofessional and should be embarrassed by their conduct.

I found this store very appealing ,good clothes & found & bought very pretty birthday cards made in U.K. !!! And they were doing 4 for 3 ( prices of 3 instead of paying for 4 !! They need to be equivalent prices,off course. ) Men's clothing were very affordable & nice qualities/ designed !! If I were a man ,I'll be shopping here !! I really liked this store & having Costa coffee upstairs is a plus !! The sales lady who helped with my purchase ( bunche of birthday cards )was very friendly !!

I recently popped in as I'd been given very short notice on a fine dining affair that I lacked the appropriate attire for. I pretty much had an hour to piece together an outfit from scratch, and I was incredibly grateful to Michelle on the first floor Men's Department for how incredibly helpful she was.Finding the clothes and getting everything sorted could have been a much more stressful affair, as the time constraints had me somewhat high-strung, but her patience and helpfulness reduced it by magnitudes. She checked the sizes in stock to make sure the best options were available, was excellent conversation, and answered all the questions I had to ensure everything I picked up would be as good as possible - all while single-handedly cleaning and disinfecting the top floor.I'm remarkably confident in the outfit I assembled thanks to her, and I know I could have been significantly more stressed if it wasn't for her excellent customer service. Will definitely be making Next my go-to for clothes shopping thanks to her efforts.

Lovely large shop, lots to look at and staff are super friendly. Next seem to just reproduce the same designs in different fabric year in year out. Can be a bit old fashioned and expensive.
