Ordered a Hot Butterfly Burger, two sides and drink along with wings, and food for a friend. Food arrived, Butterfly burger was pretty much half a burger. I asked to have it replaced, they agreed. 25 mins later no burger after asking them, they offered me a Double chicken burger which they claimed was the same, it wasn?t, it had two thin slices of tough chicken, which was tasteless and vile. I couldn?t be bothered complaining further. Basically if you want a decent portion and good service please avoid this Nando?s. I should have read the reviews first. Waste of money and time. Worst Nando?s I have ever been too. Edit: I actually have food poisoning! I will be reporting this!

Filthy. Arrived at 11:30, so first people in the door. The tables were all filthy with food on them, menus were covered in food, floors covered in food. Even the chairs had hard dried mash and rice on from the previous day. If that?s how clean the tables are, I don?t want to know what state the kitchen is in. Won?t be coming back.

Terrible experience. My fino pitta was hot despite ordering lemon and herb (mouth was on fire) and my partners fino pitta had no halloumi. We ordered a broccoli side which was sold out but we were not told until the food arrived and we had just been given a salad instead. The first waitress didn?t offer a refund for the broccoli. There was a hair in my chips probably caused by a complete lack of hair nets in the kitchen. The mac and cheese was dry and had clearly been under the heat lamp for a while. There was a horrible damp smell in the venue which was apparently an issue in the area at the time but still not pleasant and to top it all off there was no cutlery despite 3 tables asking for some. I can?t comment on the atmosphere because my overly sensitive mouth being on fire from the pita was destroying all of my other senses.

Nandos is lovely and have been here many times before but sadly they kicked me out and said they refuse to serve me because I told them I have a severe food allergy :( I understand they are just being careful and safe with the company so they dont get sued but it was a little bit sad

The background music stops diners from relaxing and enjoying the food, it's constantly bashing out Latin American music at speed, in order to make you eat quicker. The meal was just chucked down on the table, as the manager called the waitress over for an urgent response.

Great little Nandos, perfect to grab a bite to eat before the cinema. Friendly staff & good food, well priced compared to fast food restaurants in the area too. Music was a tad loud hence the 4 stars but other than that great nandos

Last minute decision to go out for dinner , have not been to Nandos for ages.
Really busy for a Friday night. Shown to our table, quite quickly. Ordered online. Food arrived within twenty minutes. For a simple dinner, this place ticks alot of boxes. I had the Mediterranean Salad, with chicken, without the olives. I could of made shoes with the chicken [ rather tough ] would not recommend. Can not remember what the others had.

Food was a tad over done, the table was really dirty, was trying not to get stuck to it. The people serving where half asleep. But tbh, that's pretty good for Nando's these days
