“I always enjoy, and never have any issues, with Cineworld… however on this occasion it was a little dampened by a staff member. Food is also quite expensive!!! We paid nearly £40 just for some popcorn, sweets and drinks; for 2 people! I then had a not so nice encounter with a staff member. I had popped to the ladies before the film started, and was on my way back, when I had gone to open the door, the staff member on the other side opened it at the same time. I apologised (being nice), stepped aside, held the door and let her past first. I was then met with “oh for christ sake, well erm yeah that’s fine” in a very abrupt manner. I think she needs to be taught a little manners if she is working with the public. Otherwise, the film was great!”
