I visited the restaurant in Morrisons Newport Isle of Wight at 1135 14 Aug 25. I selected a drink and food before waiting politely to be served by a young lady at the check out. Once she looked up and saw what I looked like she just walked off to have chat with her colleagues. This is not the customer service the Directors of the company would expect in their stores. This young lady needs to be given additional training before you lose any more loyal customers. Lieutenant Commander Neville Bryce MBE.

Very poor service...long story short, they are not saying when the store is closed, they are not talking to you, and the manager, a young lady with coloured eyes and long hair, some sort of blond with pink ( I don't want to be disrespectful,I was focoused on the problem) was not helpful at all..she accepted that's their fault without even trying to help me at all..but the opposite..she was even a bit passive agressive..I'm quite shocked about this experience..I'm sure there was solutions to solve the problem in a very friendly and customer focused way.

Shocking store. Freezers and fridges are always leaking even today after extended repairs. Self check out lady not helpful at all and pizza counter lady didn't know the correct price on unlabelled pizza sides. I have nothing good to say about this place. What a dump.

Usually I would have rated them 5 stars but we used the coffee shop after getting the shopping and the normal excellent service was marred by a very slow barista who made a coffee so bad it was undrinkable...

Leading the way at the moment with more environmentally friendly packaging!2022, need more boots on the ground!Two occasions;Deli counter, pretty much never anyone there, hung around for a while, asked the guy on the butchery section if he could get someone, said she'll be back from her break soon, gave up and left!Checkouts, no one at all, one member of staff on the self service tills, gave up, left the trolley and walked out.April 2023, 4 tills manned, think they are getting the picture! ?
