Not normally one to complain but the last couple of times I've visited I've been waiting a long time for small orders. I appreciate how busy it can be however, I can constantly hear staff shouting, singing and joking about but don't seem to be pushing out orders quickly enough. Food was fine and front of house staff were friendly

After visiting this restaurant on a few occasions I am convinced it is consistently the best McDonald's I have been too. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and hot. I feel lucky to have this as a local.

What a joke! Went to the McDonald?s drive-thru at 4:30 and ordered through the app. Waited 20 minutes, only to get home and realise the order was wrong. Had to go all the way back, and while they did fix it, there was no real apology. Absolutely disgusting service!

Ordered via the app on the 18/01/25 a meal for myself and my partner, I ordered a veggie spicy wrap and it came with chicken inside instead, nothing particularly seems alerting to the manager when my partner phoned up and told them and all they did was apologies, but that doesn?t stop the fact I?ve just accidently eaten chicken after 10 years of being vegetarian. I?m incredibly disheartened, upset and shocked this has happened and there?s very minimal ways to contact anyone about alerting head office about this.

Festive Mcflurry? 20 stars on the top with not even a spoonful off caramel 2.29 a joke supposed to be throughout the mcflurry not just on top. You can claim points because there's always a problem and as for customer service sort it out there is none.

Went to get some food tonight and the entire team working was so lovely! The gentleman who took our order made us laugh so much and had a young girl with tattoos and brown hair give us our food, there was a tiny delay but she let us know and kept us updated and offered us free desserts! She was so attentive and wonderful.
Unfortunately didn?t catch their names but hope this feedback gets back to them. They were amazing!
