I am writing a reprimand, we ordered takeout food, with delivery, they took the money, the order still hasn't arrived, our order has disappeared, the couriers don't take the order, we have been waiting for more than two hours, we are very angry

Went to drive through at 3.30 am as it is supposed to be 24 hours after a flight back to Bristol, hand written sign stating cash only, then when tried to order at drive through was told restaurant was closed.

Food was good however the service was slow although it wasn't busy.Staff were friendly and interacting with customers especially the lady who was cleaning.

This is an excellent example of this chain. Took my wife and two children for brekkie and all enjoyed.

ordered 20 nuggets and chips. Only had 14 nuggets and was cold, chips tasted like cardboard. Ordered a McFlurry and was half full. Waited 15 minutes for this order. Only 2 people inside.

Drive through, missing 2 portions of fries, milk for tea, and napkins. Paid for things we didn?t get and didn?t realise until we were back on the motorway. Infuriating.
