Yet again got home to find part of the order missing I take my boy there often and very often there's a burger or something missing a burger tonight had to order another one online I'll obviously have to check now not that I should have to wonder how much free money they've had off me so far really disappointing

Waited 40 minutes to be told the order had been cancelled. Understand it can get busy but if they were not able to complete the order it should have been cancelled straight away instead of 40 minutes later!

chips came absolutely inedible, somehow a ?freshly cooked? fillet o fish came stone cold and got to give my hats off to them because they somehow even made the mc flurry a disappointment and even gave us the wrong coke what a joke

Ordered on app for table service, 20 minutes later no food arrived. Approached counter, nothing on their system, no reference number on the app.
Very professionally dealt with by the staff but this has happened twice in the last few weeks. Food was great when they sorted it but worrying how you can order and pay with nothing showing on their system.

Ordered mcflurrys, they were barely half way full, asked them to top them up they said they would then just folded down the top bit as if that was going to make it seem like more was in there?! And then just handed them straight back! Not a couple minutes down the road and had already melted, waste of money and not value for money either.

Although today was the launch of the Grimace Shake, the restaurant was packed, orders where backed up, delays at the tills, and more focus were on delivery orders rather than customers within.
The serving staff were less than friendly, and multiple customers commented on their poor experience.
The food was tasty, but the overall experience was less to be desired.

I really enjoyed my recent visit to McDonald's and getting the free hot drink with the delicious food!
Vegetarian options: I don't eat a lot of meat so it's great to have vegetarian options to choose from without feeling limited.
Parking: It's usually ok but on some busy occasions this can be a problem.

Typical McDonald's. No hot chocolate available. Ate in - quite a lengthy wait as it did not appear to be very busy. Was given wrong drink but it was changed.
