We've always ordered from this McDonald's but the last few times have been horrendous.
Twice in our meals we've found long hairs, one pure black and today a long blonde hair in my mother's burger.
We'd strongly want the hygiene standard to improve and find less hair in our food!

Spent £45 on an order as a quick meal for me and the kids and was cancelled by first driver the. Food was sat there for 25 minutes before another driver collected so food was stone cold took the order back to the restaurant who wouldn?t do a thing and left the food with them as it was inedible and then was told by uber eats that 45 minutes was perfectly acceptable and would not be issuing a refund never had such shocking service from both parties on all my life and it was kids meals aswell they should be ashamed.

An average McDonald's with friendly staff. The car park is small and the drive thru can get very busy during peak periods.

i won't even rate it as one star. they are scammers. placed an order at 01.40 we're waiting for food and the driver took a picture of the food and send us. he didn't even try to contact us and nothing. attaching a picture as a proof.

BBQ Stack was way overcooked & honestly didn't taste nice. I did appreciate them listening to my instructions at the drive-thru to not include lettuce.

Very nice burgers and super quick service! quite handy to get to on Lyne Road just off the "Harlequin" roundabout.
The restaurant is always busy with a real mix of people using it.
