Excellent pharmacy. Staff greet you as soon as you enter, take your prescription to start getting ready, instead of having to join the queue to hand it in and then wait for it to be ready. Quick wait time for the medication to be ready. Best pharmacy in the local area.

This pharmacy has gone from being brilliant to being terrible. Im not sure why however they should have requested a new 6 month prescription for me in December however this did not happen.

Have nothing but praise for this pharmacy, they do their best under extreme pressure and will go out of their way to help. Having to wait 20 minutes for medication isn?t long at all compared to other places, if I?ve waited weeks for a drs appointment what?s 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Yes you can hear them chatting and laughing, why not hey, I?m sure it helps them get through their busy day and also with the abuse they receive from impatient customers. The collection point to a great help too, if I can?t get to the pharmacy in working hours.

Visited this pharmacy a few days ago as I had a prescription. Never been here before was shocked to be told I had to wait 30 minutes for one item on my prescription. I?m not surprised as most of the dispensary staff were having a good chit chat about inappropriate topics whilst there were only two girls on the shop floor, rushed off their feet whilst the phone was constantly ringing. I noticed there was a woman on the shop floor who was being trained, looked like there was lack of support for her. However she was very polite and professional even though she was under pressure, I think her name was Sam, thank you for being helpful.
Sadly won?t be returning.

when i rang today they picked up the phone then dropped it back down then when i mentioned this after getting through in the second call i was met with attitude and told i was being rude for bringing up the original hang up.... took 8 mins to get through on the phone despite them answering the first call and dropping it... highly unprofessional but not much choice to go somewhere else if ur a local... i hope they find better staff
