The team at LT Chemist are absolutely wonderful ? such a lovely group of ladies who are always kind, helpful, and genuinely understanding. Visiting the pharmacy has become something I actually enjoy now, thanks to the warm, friendly atmosphere. You?re always welcomed with big smiles and a friendly chat, which really brightens your day.
What makes them stand out is how nothing is ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond to help and always make you feel valued. The personal touches, like remembering your name, make such a difference and show how much they care about their customers.
And if you?re walking your dog, be prepared for even more smiles ? they always have a little treat ready and are just as excited to see your furry friend!
I truly wouldn?t go anywhere else. Exceptional customer service like this is rare ? LT Chemist is a real gem in our community.

Been coming here for a few years now, and I have to say BEST CHEMIST ive had ! And i have to leave this review because there not given enough credit these fantastic people ! Each and every single one of you !!! .. Joanne! Meg! Shona! Emma! and Ken ! What a team you are .... I've just collected my monthly prescription from L.T.Chemists, I would like to say it was a pleasure as always ? The staff go over and above every time I've had a question regarding my medications. They are always polite to their customer, very professional,
Knowledgeable and always ask how you are. My GP Surgery has a chemist on site I have chosen L.T. Chemists to collect and fill my script as its always a pleasant visit.

The one star given to them, they don?t even deserve it just that there?s no zero/half star. I have never see a pharmacy that?s always quick to let go of their customers, going extra miles is not in their dictionary. I have never been serve by the team, rather declined your request. They really need to step up their games.

Awful! The woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful! In this day and age a modern company closing for lunch! Honestly so unhelpful! Especially if you?re restricted on time aswell! No thought for patients at all! Would not recommend!
