I never write reviews for good or bad experiences but this was something else. Absolute joke of a place. Went through the drive through, order a ricebox and a zinger burger, told we would have to wait for the rice, I have never been told that in a KFC before, told to pull into a bay and wait. 20 minutes go by and no sign of my food, so I enter the restaurant to ask where the food is. It was half completed, the burger had been done and that was it, yet they had served 4 cars in the drive through and 6 customers inside the restaurant within this 20 minutes. When the kind server (I mean that genuinely) asked where our food was, the what I assume was shift manager, responded with a hefty ?I will do it now?. 5 minutes later it magically appeared in front of me with a half apology from a staff member. When I reached my house which is a 5 minute drive from the restaurant, it was found that my burger was freezing cold, they had forgotten the chips for one of the meals and my drink had become warm. Absolutely terrible place. Don?t recommend using it.

Loved it. All hot and fresh. But was given 3 pieces of chicken in stead of 4 like I orderd. Instead of just giving me the missing piece. Needed my number to check that I had ordered 4 . After checking, gave me my missing piece.
As if I was going to lie. What happened to the customer is right.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 8 piece boneless meal and when we got home we realised the popcorn chicken was missing but it was to far to go back how can they miss thing's when it's on a screen Infront of them..not happy at all with the service it definitely needs improving

Had to wait for food going when at the drive through even though there was no customers. It was cold. The stacker buger had a chicken leg in it and half a fillet and the twister wraps i ordered had barely any chicken. And it was cold. What a waste of money. 10/12/24
