First time ever to come here, mother in law wanted to try it. The app is not easy, drove across town and home to find wrong order three pieces of original chicken had become five small boxes of popcorn chicken ?????won?t be returning ?

The worst KFC chicken wrap I?ve ever had! The first half was just dry, dis-interesting chicken. Only half way through did I discover the minute amount of salad. All of the mayo had sunk to the bottom.

Ordered the double down burger and was told there's no hash browns for this burger. It wasn't taken off the till as people 20 mins or so later were ordering it and having the same issue. The worker simply said they don't have the hash brown and will have to make the burger without it, didn't offer anything replacement or alternative. The toilets were also disgusting and hand dryer not working, tables dirty and the burger i did get was cold. Possibly the worst kfc I've been in

What a disgrace to fast food. Uncooked, pink and raw chicken. I would heavily avoid this place. Im surprised its not been shut down by environmental health.

Didn't have stuffing for the festive burgers. Frie portion was quite small for the price as well. Place was not clean and looked dirty.

Close this place immediately, I heard it was fast food but I was sat in here for 40 minutes waiting for a singular Box meal, staff sat around doing nothing. I will NOT be returning

The staff are always friendly here the only thing is every time I order there is always an item missing from the bag. They always correct it on asking but would really love a 100% perfect order at some point to give the 5 star rating.

got there nearly closing time. gone through drive thru but was closed and advised to go inside the store which is fine. only two customer inside so didn't had to wait long. quick service. friendly staff.
