I've been with this pharmacy for a long time .as it's across the road from my Dr I'd like to thank the work staff for help I received before and after covid .particularly stressful phone call when I was having breathing problems and a panic attack thank you for your help.

We have always to be helpful and supportive of our needs. They work under alot of pressure and I think people expect them to magic drugs out of hat!!! Thank you for your verbal advice. Andrew and his colleagues always have time.

All this pharmacy have done for me is cause me stress and inconvenience! I have used thier robotic collection point since it's been set up... I have been left without my blood pressure tablets for 5 days waiting for my text with my collection pin number, which I never received, this have happened on a few occasions! In the end I call in to collect my prescription! I've contacted my doctors surgery to have JDS pharmacy removed as my nominated pharmacy. This complaint has nothing to do with the staff behind the counter serving, as I have always found them very helpful and polite, but sadly when it comes to collecting my prescription the pharmacy fails! I would definitely not recommend JDS Pharmacy to my family or friends!

The service was brilliant didn?t wait long for my medication, considering I tried at least 7 pharmacies for eumovate cream all out of stock, and the people at JDS pharmacy were very polite and efficient and received eumovate ointment.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. It takes ages to get anything from there. Happened already twice I had left prescription, which supposed to be ready in 10 min and after 40 min I had to wait another 25 min......they have never checked in the beginning if they have medication from the prescription....always plenty of Staff there, but this is the only one pharmacy where people areconstantly waiting outside for a very long time.......it has been always terrible experience with this pharmacy!!!!!

I ava been waiting today,40 min while other people were coming and leaving with their prescription.after i have asked why am i treated with discrimination, the person working there went and came with my medicines straight away.shame on you!JDS pharmacy! The worst pharmacy ever!

They should try answering the phone - 40 Minutes and nothing! It was towards the end of the day so clearly could not be bothered?..This is not the only time this has happened.Completely unprofessional.

Can?t praise this chemist enough I?ve had surgery struggled to get to them at times but the have always made sure I get the medication needed and have always gone out there way to help the girls are run off there feet in very hard times there human like everyone else just be kind x
