Only time I?ve shopped here, won?t be rushing back, one till open serving a queue of 4/5, one of which with 20+ items, 2 spare tills and several members of staff more concerned with emptying boxes and chatting, directly in front of the queueing customers. Quite unprofessional

I bought a pair of Crocs from this store just 4 hours ago, but unfortunately, they were slightly too small. When I came back to exchange them for a bigger size, the staff refused to take them back, claiming they looked ?worn.? This is completely unfair ? I only tried them on once at home, and they were never worn outside.
The shoes were in perfect condition, and I still had the receipt and original packaging. I feel like they just didn?t want to deal with the return. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I expected better customer service, especially for such a well-known brand.
I won?t be shopping here again

Would give 0 based on staff. Footwear area had about 10 customers. Partner and I waited 15 minutes, staff walking out the back room refused to help. Waiting room chap wouldn't leave his post to help either. Ended up walking out and past the staff that didn't help having a chat at the front of the door. Save yourself the pain, order online.

Shop content ok, staff very unhelpful, made to feel very unwelcome. Decided to shop online as cheaper and told of policy of not to price match. A better experience on the app than in person!

I dont usually leave reviews, but felt I had to on this occasion. Every single member of staff was polite and helpful. They were extremely busy with a long que, which i imagine continued all day, but gave customers their full attention and were all smiling, friendly, proffesional and so polite. They made what could have been a very stressful shopping trip very pleasant. Brilliant customer service, well done to you all!

A member of staff asked another to get my click and collect for me, the girl she asked actually rolled her eyes and clearly couldn?t be bothered. I stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes whilst the staff kept giggling between each because no one could find the key to get my parcel, very rude and unhelpful. Shop was also a state, McDonald?s and sweet wrappers all over the till

Tyrell was amazing! Went truly above and beyond. We were after specific NB 530 shoes, not only did he do a stock check, try next day but found some in a local store and called ahead to reserve! Thank you.

The shop itself is one of my favourites and I love coming here to shop but can honestly say I?ve been very disappointed when shopping here the last few times over the recent weeks.I?ve always had good interactions with staff but I couldn?t help but overhear and notice some of the behaviours of some of the girls conversations when in the shop, such things as them talking very negativity about their colleagues who work alongside them and I don?t believe this behaviour should be acceptable in the work place as I?ve seen a few JD staff members looking very uncomfortable and upset while working and I can?t help but believe it must be down to the few girls I?ve heard when shopping.I don?t believe that any work member should be made to feel this way when working so if a manager of some sort could try get to the bottom of what I?d call ?bullying behaviour? I think it would make JD a better place for not only customers who use this shop on a daily basis but for the staff members aswell.Thank you

How can you have a price on the label and then when I go to pay it comes up at a higher price than on the label (nothing in the sale by the way items are full price in the ticket) to be told "oh yeah the price has been put up" talk about day light robbery !!!
