If you?re renting a car with enterprise then PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did and leave your car with IRG as enterprise advised. (They work along side with each other regularly and they apparently always advise customers this to make it more ?convenient?) well I made the mistake and someone in IRG badly damaged the tyres before returning it back to enterprise now I?ve been charged for something that isn?t my fault. The pictures that they used to show the damage wasn?t even where I left the car, they wouldn?t provide footage to prove it was moved. We had the car checked at the time and no one pointed out the ?damage? now months later we are being charged. Also they try and claim it from your insurance before they even contact you. This company is a fraudulent company and I advise everyone to be careful.

Took car in and repaired, week after having the car back the parking sensor failed, this was in initial report when I made the claim. I had to wait two week to take it to IRG Newport as I was going away, on inspection they said yes they would order the part and I would bring it down, they would take the bumper off and replace while I waited. Over a period of 4 weeks I contacted IRG Newport 3 times with the promise that I would get a call back as manager was in meetings etc. Finally after 4 weeks I received a call back, to one I made that day, saying that I would now have to contact the insurance company to authorise the repair. I tried getting answers off IRG direct and they phoned the Newport branch who obviously gave the same answer, I did ask why it had taken 4 weeks to get back to me from them initially saying it wouldn?t be a problem, to which their response is we can only apologise. When I contacted the insurance they validated the repair and told me to chase it up on Monday, when phoning the office I spoke to the same manager who could not find the email and said to me ?lucky they authorised the repair isn?t it?. I again contacted the engineer who confirmed he had sent it, he sent again, copying me into it this time. The claim was reported on 17/04/2023, over 5 months later the car still has a fault with a loud beeping every time I start it and when I brake. I still am yet to receive a date or any communication.

The car was collected, taken for repair and returned after 3 days. Really pleased with speed and quality of the repair. The delivery and collection driver Steve Barrett was excellent, he called to advise of his anticipated arrival time and explained the process when he was collecting the car. Would recommend IRG.

Great service offered by IRG yet again...someone bumped my rear bumper and within 4 days it was all sorted...Good, Friendly, Professional Service offered by Keiran the manager and all staff on site...Pleasure to deal with you all at IRG!!!...Well done All...??????

What a rubbish customer service. Had to take vab down 3 time before they actually had a courtesy van ready 3 months after I booked it in. Terrible customer service. Receptionist always on mobile and rude. Don't know how they are still running to be honest. Avoid this place if you need you car as will be waiting months with no contract and just waiting on hold to get through to the office.

Our car was repaired very quickly and to a very high standard.The lady on reception was very nice and helpful even though she was rushed off her feet.The car was cleaned before I had it back aswell which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
