Staff rush and are rude. Barely touch your car for the pre-wash.When taking payment the guy tapped my phone before I had selected which card to pay with. He then sprayed my car in about 5 seconds and barely brushed the back.Very rude and impatient when directing me into the car wash. I use this place weekly but recently service has gotten so poor. I will not be returning. If there was a huge queue I?d understand, but I was the only person using the car wash.Lots of dirt left on my car. Not worth the cost.

Really helpful, had to get my car valeted here on short notice, and they managed to fit me in on short notice.

The carwash itself was fine however I have never used this carwash before & to have the attendant yelling instructions at me was rude & unnecessary. It would have been more helpful if he had pointed me to the instructions instead of shouting at me. I doubt if I will return there.

First time using this car wash, obviously was not aware of how the system worked & the staff member manning it was quite rude to me as a result - telling me how I will not be having my car washed if I did not follow instructions, yet they were not plastered anywhere - hence the confusion! I will not be returning.

The car wash is fine but the guy taking the money tries to guilt you into buying a premium wash. I want my car cleaned not to be bullied

Wasn't too sure about using IMO but was desperate to get the car cleaned. This is a big step up from the standard hand wash, a hybrid of hand and machine. Very good!

Was told no prewash available for £10... taxi car in front of me was given massive ammount of prewash foam and spray before his basic programme... so yeah, bye...

I was not pleased at all , I asked for them to clean the door wells and they did so by using the pressure washer instead of a sponge, soaking me and the carpets at the same time. Needless to say it's last time I will use that carwash.

The car wash has had a name change and a revamp which is nice, downside is that the £1.99 car wash has gone, cheapest price was £4.50!! Once you're in the queue you can't get out if you don't wish to pay the new prices as they aren't advertised outside before you get in!!

I went through last night paid £6 for triple foam wash and car worse after it was cleaned. Chemical marks all over my car and especially on the black bumper. Will not use again although i have for many years.Service: Car waxing

Car wash is OK, jet wash is amazing with a great foam soap sprayer but time did go fast and found I did not have enough time to clean all the foam / soap off the car let alone hot wax it
