I visit the John Frost Square shop regularly. The staff are always happy to help ; if I have a query regarding any product, maybe I'm unsure of what vitamin contraindicates another , they will do their best to explain .

I turned up today to collect my parcel and the doors were locked just before 4:50pm when they supposed to close at 5pm.not happy

Popped into the store yesterday and was helped by a lovely gentlemen who was really understanding when I spoke to him about the medication I?m on. He had a lot of knowledge on blood thinners which really helped as he was able to advise me on vitamins I could use. Forgot to ask him for his name but just want to say a massive thank you to him.

My mum came into this store and specifically asked for matte sunscreen because our skins break out when we use a non-matte one and they gave her a crappy sunscreen that isn?t matte. My mum paid £21 for it. They didn?t return it either. Such a money waste, they lied to us and gave us a sunscreen calling it ?matte? and it?s not even matte. Do not come here for beauty products it?s not worth it.

As a store yes wholeheartedly recommend it, it?s just such a pity that the two ladies serving on the till yesterday ( 3/7/21 ) had no interaction with the customers whatsoever, my husband is disabled and got a bit flummoxed , the lady who served him seemed a bit irritated by this , no expression on their faces , not a good experience yesterday I?m afraid, it?s a shame because the store itself is lovely ...
