Value for money, nice and decent? Very helpful staff and breakfast is also very delightful and good.
Would recommend the location if you are planning for Brecon Beacons and/or Gower National Park as it?s 1 hour drive from there and lots of restaurants option back in Newport, Cardiff or Swansea.

Convenient place to stopover after concert in Cardiff. Even the band we saw stayed there.

Rooms were clean and quiet. The included breakfast was good value and a reasonable selection of foods to choose between. I recommend going to the pub right next door which does good food. Service was efficient. There?s a large downstairs lobby.

Budget hotel, clean with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were standard, bathroom pretty cramped, but had everything you need. Double bed was tiny and uncomfortable. Sofa bed a decent size, but also uncomfortable. Some noise from the road on one side. Quite a lot of free parking available. Pub next door.
Decent breakfast (included) with all the usual fayre - full English and/or continental. Nice welcome when we arrived and staff couldn't do enough for us.

Although the facilities of this hotel are old, they are well maintained.
The front desk maintains warm and fast service.
The cleanliness of the rooms is considered clean.
Breakfast was as rich and delicious as ever.

Always stay here when visiting family. EV charger on site very helpful, staff are fantastic, rooms clean close to a supermarket

Stayed at this hotel for work couple times and This hotel is simply amazing, staffs amazing, food amazing! Everything is so great about this hotel. Let?s start with the staff, I think hospitality is dead but coming across these guys bring hope back into the dream of going out and enjoying yourself. Gentleman called Owen always helpful kind and whenever I had a question or needed anything this gentleman made it happen and helped! Another gentleman I don?t know his name but I see him running the food out , working hard and he?s always so pleasant. Lady called Nat I think honestly she helped tons with checking in the ladies and helped me with this points system again another kind hearted person. Gentleman with a beard on the front desk, he?s an absolute legend came in first night lost tired and he helped and also a pleasant to talk to, did not mess me about and gave me great places to eat thank you for all of your great hospitality! my girlfriend infront me that the cleaner are amazing!!
Food! The food does take time but it?s worth every second! Chefs i don?t know what your doing but them pizza are absolutely lush! Plus it?s better than that garbage dragonfly pub right beside it! There?s no reason not to stay there because everything is a 10/10

Due to unforeseen circumstances myself partner and found ourselves staying here. We walked into reception area and were greeted by Owen and kieth who made us feel at ease. The staff throughout the Hotel made us feel welcome and made us feel at home. We can't thank you all enough for helping us through a very hard time ..Thank You .Dave and Sharon x

The rooms were good. Clean and nice. Some cupboards were a little chipped, but otherwise good and functional. The service was good, but there wasn?t always someone at reception. Other than that a very nice stay.
