The staff were very rude indeed! Food was burnt and they argued that it was fine to eat before agreeing to redo it! Waiter became even more rude as time passed. We were relieved to get out of there! Never again!!

We visited harvester in Malpas , very disappointed, we sat by the table 10 minutes and no one came to see us, we usually like there but today very disappointed. Staff talking each other but no one bothered to come to see us. We just left

Been here a couple of times now....never again.......the food is horrendous,,corn flake chicken!!! I had a burger which was cold ,the few chips which were served were just terrible...........and as for the so called bread rolls served with the salad........even the seagulls in the carpark ran from them.........the staff were very good tho...

Nice food and friendly server as always. Haven?t been for a couple of months and what used to cost us as family of four (Children now aged 12 and 5) £50 - £60 today cost us £80! It?s a shame as we won?t be able to come as often now.

The food is always lovely and the staff very friendly and professional. Always get a parking space and restaurant is well-located. I love coming here.
My one and only gripe, is that for my last two visits it has been cold inside, despite being sat near the open kitchen. My elderly mum had to keep her coat on for a while. For our previous visit it made us leave early. I appreciate this is probably trying to save money, but it was noticable and you did ask! Hence four stars for atmosphere instead of five.

Lovely staff! We were served by Annalee and she was amaziing. Super efficient, checked in on us but didn't overdo it like many others, explained the menu well and was very friendly. Food was done really quickly, as soon as we'd finished our salads, our mains arrived. The food quality wasn't as great as we're used to, might have just caught it on an off day but it wont stop is from coming again.

Great Christmas meal. Food was good, 3 courses and well priced. Service was excellent.

Staff lovely only had one course, and it took just over 2 hours of service very slow, dress up, warm, freezing inside.
Parking: Don't forget to put your car registration in the machine inside, but even if you do, you could get a £100 fine .i

We were greeted by a pleasant and friendly member of staff who whilst escorting us to our table of 8, recommended the Turkey Roast ?Best in the years I?ve worked here?. Drinks were ordered whilst awaiting the remainder of our party, our server was Zoe, my partners drink ?Prosecco? was delivered and was clearly flat/lifeless, on bringing this to Zoe?s attention I was curtly informed it was fresh and she had just opened the bottle! I asked for the drink to be changed, and was informed it would be out of the same bottle! Amazingly, the replacement drink had bubbles and was fizzing as you would expect from this drink.
The main of Roast Turkey was at best less than average and lacked all of the vegetables described in the menu. On discussion with the rest of my party, we were all of the same ?unsatisfactory opinion of the meal, best summed up by my niece as We?d have been better going to McDonalds. Overall very poor and we won?t be rushing back. As we regularly dine at our local Harvester in Coventry.
