Would definitely recommend this autocentre in Newport isle of Wight. Our Kia had a punctured tyre yesterday, and they went out of their way to be helpful, and sort out our tyre. friendly and professional . thank you.

Took my car for MOT and service sadly it failed but the work was completed by the next day. I had loads of issues getting the payment to go through and I start to panic the guys were so helpful and calmed me down and the problem was sorted can't recommend enough. Thank you ?

I've been to this garage a couple of times in the past for warranty work and not had an issue. However, I brought my van for an MOT and they failed it (with lots of advisories) and then advised me it would be £900 worth of work.
I took the van elsewhere to get the work done, they ordered the parts in, and after I dropped the van off they let me know none of the jobs actually needed doing. The van passed the MOT with significantly less advisories. Funny that.
I'm glad I went elsewhere and didn't get conned out of £900. If you aren't sure, get a second opinion!

Where do I begin ?
Absolutely shocking experience from beginning to end.
I received a warning light driving my car rung halfords garage for advise on Thursday but they couldn't fit me in till tuesday.
I was advised to continue driving the vehicle until the warning went red, on Saturday the car died, turned out the timing belt snapped and ruined the whole engine, a service was done in july by this garage but inspectors have queried if the service was actually done as the oil was of insufficient standard and the service took less than one hour really would AVOID THIS GARAGE!

Today I gave my car, lexus at halford to check my car's brake after that I changed my brake pad and my brake disc it was a very good price, very good communication with the person sitting in the reception called Mr Tony

Front desk staff very cheeky did not even know what engine was in my car and did not give me the immision report completely embarrassing gir the completely I have highly recommend people stay well away from the place didn't even sign mot sheet

Was working away in Newport when all of a sudden could hear metal to metal rubbing from rear brakes . Was an urgent job that need looking at ASAP. While working away didn't know any garages . So 1st port of call kwick fit response was sorry mate na can't help today . So limped to halfords asked for there help . Tony and Alex couldn't of been more helpful. Told them what was wrong and I was working away . They said let's have a look they got me in that afternoon .so went for a coffee . Tony rang me with the problem and got it sorted that afternoon. They didn't have to but in my eyes they went above and beyond to get me back on the road . The job wasn't even a small job . So it was halfords autocentre at Granville Rd Newport to the rescue . Thanks Tony and Alex (and the guy who did my rear brakes ) top guys . See you soon .
