Last Thursday was my second visit to the salon ! Patrycja coloured and cut my hair "exactly" the way I wanted it ! Natural, soft, caramel balayage !!! Iv had so many compliments ! She's a lovely lady and really deserves this review! Thank you Patrycja ! ?

They are so good I really recommend, I?m in love with my hair. I went there I think month ago I went too dark and I wanted to get to my original colour or as close as she could get and she did a brilliant job it?s spot on and still so healthy even after full head of foils and their coffee is amazing aswell couldn?t be happier

I?m really sorry but I didn?t think I would give such a bad review. i chose this place because it had great reviews but my hair doesn?t even look like its got balayage done that too when I paid a hefty price.I?ve done balayage multiple times before but never this unnoticeable and its only showing up momentarily under the sunlight.I get that I have dark hair but this is just not worthy of the price I?ve paid.

Had my first hair appointment with Alysha. Very pleasant and friendly and advised me what is best for my hair. Cut my hair very short but I love. Its looks so healthy and on trend. Can't wait for my next hair appointment. Thanks alysha! Xx

If I could give zero stars then I would. Phoned them up on the morning of the appointment to advise that I had tested positive for Covid and that I apologised for the inconvenience and asked if I could reschedule the appointment. Advised that 1) I was too unwell to sit there and have my hair done and 2) I didn?t want to pass anything on to anyone.I was advised that I would be charged £20 for not attending. I was offered to rebook , however I would still have to pay for not attending the appointment even though I was trying to reschedule .I have never received such poor customer service and will definitely not be considering this place again.Had I rescheduled as I requested you would have received £40 and prospect of future business, which would have better for your business.

Moved into the area a year ago and have been travelling to have a hair cut..... I took the plunge, Pat was fantastic, the salon was clean and relaxing, really pleased with my hair, will be seeing them again soon, no more travelling!!!

All the hairdressers here are fab! My personal fav hairdresser is Isabel. She does an amazing job every time. All of them are very talented and give a fab service.
