Our cashier had the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. He was a young lad on today, and couldn?t have cared less. Didn?t smile, make conversation and threw the clothes about. Could?ve been having a bad day, but then we went off twice with the scanners because he hadn?t removed the security tags on the kids clothes. A lovely lady, maybe the manager came over and apologised for him. But seriously what is he doing serving customers like that.

The Manager, Leane was amazing today. She located the last of a pair of sandals in her stockroom. She made my 10yr old granddaughter the happiest person in the world after the puppy chewed her favourite sandals - from last year! Thank you Leane, you were lovely.
