EMPLOYEE WITH DIRTY YELLOW FINGERS!!
I come to this greggs regularly to get a breakfast roll but I have to change my order because it makes me feel sick that this one employee has dirty nails yellow fingers and looks as is she never washes her hands. She should be made to wear gloves.

Just wanted to get my boy some food after pla group. But wouldn't let me in because I got the dog. Even tho he's on a lead and we'll behaved. And now the boy is crying cheers guys

Coffee machines not always working,the one that was working would give a Luke warm cup,fed up of returning only to be given another Luke warm cup, haven't got time in the morning to mess around,so I pop into Tesco ,and fair play not bad at all.

Just finished eating our greggs delivery, We ordered 2 sausage rolls, 2 vegan sausage rolls, chicken goujons, cheese and onion crisps, a ham and cheese sandwich, a doughnut, Lucozade and an orange juice, However this is not what we received, we received sports Lucozade, a vegan Mexican steak bake and 4 sausage rolls instead of 2 vegan sausage rolls and Lucozade. The food was ok, not great, the chicken was cold and the Vegan Bake was luke warm, i am quite frustrated because this is not the first time the order has been wrong, however the delivery guy was friendly, 2/10 experience

Use um regularly in Newport or Cwmbran good friendly service and staff reasonable prices have seen it all get dearer though but no complaints

As usual with certain branches of Greggs, the vegan breakfast roll is advertised and yet none on the hot shelf. I asked if they had any and was told they don't sell many of them. If they were consistently on sale then maybe people would have a chance of buying one and come in for them.
