Popped in this morning, big queue only one person serving she ignored us customers to use a computer she then served one customers and disappeared to the back not saying a word leaving a shop full of customers ia left to go to greggs in friers walk along with 3 other customers really bad customers service

Today I bought 4 croissants 2 for my builders 2 for myself , they were raw, raw wet dough . I took them back and they gave another 2 free, they were raw too. Please STOP selling uncooked croissants. The staff admitted their croissants are uncooked too.

Staff yelled at to the other new staff infront of customers. Young lad looks new in the job and he forgot to give a pastry to the customer and a senior staff jumped into the till and yelled at him so awful felt bad for the young lad
