I visited Gregg?s with a friend this afternoon (around 2:23-2:30 PM) and purchased three pastries. After realizing that two of them were cold, I politely approached the staff member who took my order and kindly asked if he could heat them up. To my surprise, he responded by repeatedly shouting ?no?.
My friend, witnessing the incident, tried to address the situation calmly and professionally, but the staff member continued to shout and disrespect us. His refusal to acknowledge our request and his aggressive behavior left me deeply distressed.
As someone dealing with ongoing mental health issues, this encounter was particularly triggering and worsened some of the symptoms I?ve been working to manage. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and this experience left me upset and anxious. I sincerely hope Gregg?s addresses this kind of behavior in their stores, as it affects customers more than they may realize.
It?s not my first time at gregg?s but it will be my last for sure.

Ordered via Just Eat, someone at the shop gave us mostly the wrong order. Spoke to Tracey the manager and I must say what a lovely lady. She was very helpful and nothing was a bother to her.Thank you Tracey
