Awful service that makes the other Greggs in town look bad, prices are in line with motorway service stations which is nuts since it's in the middle of Newport, have to order extra bacon to make your bap look like a butty and I swear the staff are extras from Shaun of the Dead. Truly one of the worst Greggs I've been to.

Bought a Mexican chicken roll today, the roll wasn't even fresh and the filling was so poor, how can ypu charge £4.45 for this it's absolutely extortionate, Greggs are just get greedy now to make money and customer satisfaction has gone right out the window

The WORST Greggs you can go to!.
STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!
They put their prices up massively, the attitude from the counter staff and people who work their is AWFUL, their is one guy who wears his collar up and just smashes the system when taking your order with a a face like a child. Very angry all the time, rude, blunt & the food isn?t put everywhere nicely. I know it?s franchised so if you?re going to go anywhere please go to caerleon road Greggs!
Just because you own a Greggs doesn?t mean the customers will still come there!

Very rude especially Saigo! More interested in there phones than customer service. Such a same as the people in the garage are wonderful.

I saw there was no queue to be served on Saturday last for two sausage and bacon baguettes and was pleased but when I came to pay it was because this place charges double what a normal Greggs would charge (£8.50 in my case). It turns out this place charges double because it classes itself as a services like we are used to on the motorways. Needless to say I will not be going there again but also because I felt ripped off by them I will no longer use the place for fuel or any groceries. If people boycott these places they pretty soon learn from their mistakes and adapt or go bust.

Greggs at Cleppa Park charge £2.70 for sausage bap, three sausages in bap and a cup of coffee, Greggs of Stow Hill want to charge me £5.40It was difficult to communicate to the man behind the counter because he didn?t understand my Welsh English.Stow Hill Greggs give you small portions and they charge you much more than other Greggs Shops.

I ordered a breakfast baguette and when I opened it all I had was just 2 sausages and 3 pieces of bacon! Any other Greggs give you 3 or 4 sausages. It was all baguette and no filling. A complete scam.

Love a Greggs, but in this one, the staff always seem to handle the food without gloves. One time, i watched one staff member cleaning, then he went to take my order and handle my food with the same gloves. I had to ask if he would first remove his gloves and at least wash his hands. He just starred at me and then spoke to his two colleagues in a foreign language, to which they all laughed!! It's not great, but unfortunately, not a one off! ! I try not to use it!
