Sent an invoice and the next day tried to charge an extra £15 because it was "late"...Threatened to charge £15 a day, ridiculous ?

Awesome service, they picked up my car for it's mot and brought it home with it's new certificate a few hours later. Very friendly and easy to deal with - easiest mot ever (the car passing helped mind)
