“I've been using B&Q and Tradepoint for years now. Very competitive prices. Staff are friendly and helpful when they can be (the same as any building merchants). I'd recommend going off peak hours (late evenings, late mornings) if you need a better customer service when its less busy.”
“Amazing staff, got greeted by the lovely Lowri at the Newport store. She couldn't have been more helpful, she was very welcoming and friendly, asked us a few questions on what what we was looking for and guided us to the part of the store to start our search. There was so much choice and Lowri was there to answer all our question and provide us with our options and offered a great deal. She even went and got simular samples of our carpet from the other side of the store so we could envision what the sofa would look like in our house. She offered a great price on our 4 seater sofa and XL chair and even gave us a deal on the sofa gliders, cleaning kit and sofa protection. I would definitely recommend this store. 5* to the staff. “Huge store. Also has EE phone shop inside. Wheelchair accessible but there is a ramp up to door. In a manual wheelchair you might need help if not very strong. Standard Argos really. Also does eBay parcel collection”
“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”
