My son spent a lot of money here today on new clothes. The prices are high and the customer experience is really poor. Last at the till just looked miserable and not helpful when trying to get a different size jacket. With these prices it would go a miss to smile occasionally.

Thank you for the excellent customer service I received today in your store in Spytty. Bought a pair of Nike Air trainers and knew I could get 10% discount with my sons blue light card but he wasn't with me at the time. You very kindly honoured this for me. You didnt have to but you did. Vert grateful. Saved me another journey with my son. Excellent customer service from the person who served me. Will definitely return. Thank you.
