I've been coming to Wanglers since I was a child and it's the best opticians! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble! A big mention to Liz for making me feel at ease today as I was very nervous because of my anxiety. She made me feel relaxed, listened to me and she eased my worries throughout my appointment! She is one of the friendliest people I've ever met! Thank you!

Really poor experience this morning. They cancelled my appointment and said that they had called me which they did but didn't leave any voice message, I did call back but no answer and got a text at 9.36am mentioning the appointment has been cancelled and my appointment was at 9.30am. The poor service was when speaking to the optician he was rude and was speaking over me like I was at wrong. Did not apologise for my inconvenience of traveling and booking time off. I have now booked elsewhere..
