Hi. I order my meds monthly online. Usually around 15 items. On Monday 18th Aug I rang St Luke?s to confirm the prescription had been received. I was told the prescription would be sent to Knights Pharmacy, Abercarn. I rang Knights on Wednesday to arrange delivery and was told it would be delivered Thursday afternoon on 21st or Friday 22nd. I do this every month. Check with the Surgery and the Pharmacy. I can?t do any more! On Friday 22nd I rang Knights because my meds hadn?t arrived and I was getting concerned. The lady I spoke to was so very rude and told me my meds wouldn?t be delivered until Tuesday 26th because of the bank holiday weekend. I explained I had waited in for two days. She told me the delivery driver was off that afternoon and I should ask a family member, a neighbour or pay for a taxi to collect my meds and bring them to me. The fact that they would hand over my medication to a complete stranger is absolutely disgraceful! When I explained I wasn?t happy about the situation she told me there was nothing she could do and that the conversation was over! I told her I hadn?t been rude at all to her and the conversation was definitely not over. I asked to speak to the Pharmacist who explained they were very busy because it being a Bank Holiday weekend (they gave the driver the afternoon off) and his work was piling up because he was on the phone to me! I told him my situation was important as well and again I was told the conversation was over! Appalling Customer Service which left me upset and tearful. The Pharmacist did ring back later to say my meds had been sent to a different Knights Pharmacy in the area and could be collected Saturday morning.

Normally had good experiences with this pharmacy but the pharmacist has since become rude and when asking questions regarding our child?s prescription he has an attitude and seems like it?s an inconvenience to him. If you?re not prepared to answer questions and help a customer then don?t be in the job.

I was having a really stressful day and my local pharmacy was closed. Called up to check if they had what I needed in stock. Had a lovely staff member answer the phone and told me my items were in stock. I was able to get there within 30 mins of closing time and get my items. I am so grateful ?? you can see the staff here really do care.

States shut at 1pm but won't process prescription at 12.55pm. If your worried about going slightly over 1pm then shut at 12.50pm and give customer realist8c service expectations
