Really disappointed with the service we recently received here. Completely ripped off and messed around my elderly grandfather. His car was in for an MOT & service, faults were apparently found that we had experienced no symptoms of and are extremely rare on a car with barely any miles. The cost of this repair is well above average and whilst carrying out repairs, other parts were damaged and wrong parts ordered. This led to constant delays and after many promises of the car being ready the following day, it turned into 16days. After asking for a courtesy car, my grandparents were offered a van! being elderly and disabled, this was far from a suitable replacement so they had to decline this offer. This meant appointments needing to be rescheduled and alternative travel plans for a holiday. We will definitely be going elsewhere in future.
