I have awful experience with EE and I felt concerned for we the customers and a lot of us they?ve made to pay unnecessary bills.
I make a request as a new customer for broadband and mobile line, how on earth will you send broadband and mobile line to two different addresses? I request for an explanation on this but all they can provide is we?re sorry we?ve to refer you ombudsman.
Why would I pay accrued bill for a service I didn?t receive? I employ everyone to deal with EE diligently due to inexperience and lackadaisical attitude of their guide staff.

EE NETWORK is a joke after joined with BT. Was 100mbps++ for my mobile phone now gone downhill even it said got 5G signal for household broadband. Luckily I didn?t sign up for broadband.

I would consider going to the cwmbran store ...this store is poor customer service always says services are down for upgrades they just can't be bothered to do it try charging you fees that don't need to be applied just going to avoid this store altogether

I will never ever get a contract or even a sim with these guys was told by the Bengali gentleman that there will not be any hard checks done just a soft check gave me the complete wrong phone overpriced contract and put everything through without my consent just so he could get his commission would not let me take the handset back to the shop absolute bullshit will never ever return shit customer services clearly need proper training

I went to their shop to get a phone contract. They told me that if I took the SIM contract first, I would receive the phone after 2?3 months. However, later they changed their statement and said I would have to wait 6 months due to company policy. I ended up getting a phone from another company. Be careful before signing any contract with them?they misled me, and it was a frustrating experience.

My mum and I came into the store and Laura was absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our contract due to bereavement and even though she hadn?t dealt with that issue before, she was fantastic and so polite. She also helped us sort out the sim only contract upgrade afterwards, her customer service was amazing and we?re very grateful for her help.

Terrible service, very unhelpful and rude. Staff were sarcastic and rude when we turned away due to them being unhelpful. Would not recommend going there, quicker to call ee online.

Absolutely ghastly service in this store. Staff is not trained properly and make costly faults which gets passed on to the customer. Cant even reach them by telephone as the line keeps dropping.
Really need to switch providers!!!
