Ordered through the app as we normally do and it was not the usual standard very dry barely warm and the toppings are getting less and less and at over £28 for two (for tues) med size will definitely not be ordering from there again shocking!

I ordered food to be delivered between 8 and 8.15 last Friday because I was working until 8. Makes sense. However they decided to cook the food early and deliver the food 20 minutes before the requested delivery time. There has been no apology or refund. By the time I finished work the food was freezing cold. I would like to hear back from a manager. This is not the first time there has been poor service

Delivered 2 pizzas, both pizzas I would describe as sub standard. Almost look thrown together. Found ham on 1 which wasn't ordered. Serious lack of cheese and toppings on the other. Will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointing and way too expensive for what you get.

Order placed at 5 pm. Delivery time was supposedly 30 minutes. From 6 pm onwards the app stated the pizzas had been delivered. It?s now 6.40 pm and despite two phone calls during which I?ve been assured it is on the way it still hasn?t arrived. Appalling service - apparently the driver dropped them at the wrong house.

Food was delivered but the food was cold and the potato wedges weren't even cooked through properly. When your spending money on food you should at least be able to expect the basics to be completed properly

Don't give them your mobile number, they constantly text, you block one number and they text on another, total harassment don't even live in Risca, we were staying there and ordered wish I hadn't, I would never order from here again due to the harassment, our local Domino's hat i use don't constantly send messages

Placed order for collection got there and they?d given my food to another customer, she comes and bluntly tells me I?ll have to wait for another 10 minutes without any sort of apology or empathy then proceeded to go and have a laugh about it with her mates at the back thinking I couldn?t hear, charming

Both pizzas received we wrong. If it was a restaurant I'd send it back but I'm not willing to drive down to the store to get them replaced.

Ordered 3 pizzas for the family but the one unfortunately came with mushrooms added when not requested which I am allergic to. Rang the store and they were brilliant, a new pizza was delivered within 25 minutes. All pizzas (not the incorrect one), and additional sides of chicken wings and strips were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Thanks so much team for rectifying the error so professionally ?

Everytime we order from this dominos something is always wrong. I replaced meatballs for jalapeño and obviously that didn?t happen. It?s been like it the past 4 times and we always say it won?t happen again. Not one to complain but it?s expensive. I?ve worked in retail for 7+years it?s not hard to get toppings correct?

I love dominos but risca one always seems to be a bit horrible not sure why it just doesn?t taste very good and they always mess up the order in some way and for the price you have to pay for pizza it should be

Although the actual pizzas were ok - the delivery driver didn?t either knock the door, or ring the bell. Simply left the pizzas out in the cold in their boxes and then rang me minutes later?! The ?App? doesn?t let you leave feedback. - won?t be using dominoes risca again !!!Kid-friendliness: Can?t move on without entering something !!!! Waste of time complaining !!!
