We were just at Costa Coffee to grab a coffee, and three wonderful ladies served us. They were very upbeat, friendly and full of smiles, which is rare. The atmosphere was brilliant. Thank you for the great experience, they've made our day!

Where ever you are and costa are, you can expect consistency on the whole.Staff are very good and act professionally the food looks good and the coffee second to none.
But there's always a but as a rule! That is it's cost for these items, and the fact they have a very poor loyalty platform....collect beans is dated and not very generous for the loyalty of frequent users. They need to look at the likes of the Greggs franchise and learn a little from it...but that is constructive criticism.?

Went in for breakfast roll and some toast with a little one. Have previously visited this Costa on numerous occasions when the staff were friendly, the food good and the place clean. Have now been a few times over the last couple of years and sad to say the Manager is consistently miserable, the hot breakfast roll was refrigerated in the middle. The establishment Is also being maintained in an unsafe way with cables left hanging down from the ceiling. Sad to say even though this is my nearest Costa I will be reluctant to visit it again and instead use the Costa on Usk Way where the staff are much more welcoming and the food consistently of a good quality.

Floor and table filthy. 2 staff serving at 12 noon! Seats looked comfortable but had not cushion left in the so were obviously cheap standard to start with. Disappointed.
