We ordered wooden floor planks and carpet for stairs in this store. The staffs didn't tell us that we needed to pay for delivery fee when we ordered on that day. They said delivery would be next Tuesday. On next Tuesday we didn't receive our order. We contact them on Thursday to check when they would deliver our orders but we were told that needed to wait for one week. After one week waiting, we still didn't receive our orders. We called the store and the staff told us that we had to wait for another 2 weeks. Also we must pay 50 pounds in cash to driver for delivery fee on the day.

I came to this store to buy materials for decoration. The employees in the store were very rude and I didn't get any service! Very bad attitude and racist!

If you want your vinyl 'baggy' and not stuck down properly, this is the place for you. Customer service also very poor.UPDATE: After receiving the response below, I emailed the address provided, but unsurprisingly, have been met by radio silence. In the meantime, the vinyl has lifted in more places and there are a few tears in places. Absolutely awful.

Visited the store a couple of weeks ago all the staff were chatting by their desk and despite seeing us on the shop floor no one even attempted to help us, so we just walked out and decided to take our business elsewhere!

Went to purchase carpet and wanted to get in quickly pick one and hope to get prompt delivery and fitting. Amanda helped us, she was pleasant, courteous and assisted with recomendations. It is nice to know that someone still has the skills to ensure a rewarding shopping experience. Would highly recommend it and very much appreciated the help. Keep up the good work ?

I ordered flooring from this company, and the name on the package does not match what we had ordered; the color is slightly different as well. Initially, they promised to send the correct flooring, only to inform me almost a month later that the color discrepancy was acceptable and no replacement would be provided. All they would do is say sorry.Not to mention that every time they said they would contact me, I never received a phone call from them, and they never replied to my email. Every time I contacted them, they said my case was being handled by the manager, and the manager was ALWAYS away, so they could do nothing about it. They left me without updates and stranded me in a state of uncertainty.I am now forced to delay the services of my fitter and consequently postpone my move-in day. The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by this company is not only disappointing but also highly disruptive to my plans. They taught me a great lesson. Thank you.
