Medi is a very good dentist especially if you are nervous. They are quick and helpful. All of the staff there are lovely too. I spent years avoiding the dentist but this dentist is welcoming and professional.

I have been a patient at the Kensington Court Dentists since 1991. My dentist is Dr. Carter, an amazing man who has looked after me and my family all this time.
Recently I needed an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth. I phoned the practice and spoke with a receptionist called Lynn. She was so helpful and courteous, explained me the procedure for emergency appointment. Lynn was so patient, kind and professional. She called me back later in the afternoon and gave me an appointment the next morning. I had to write this review as on occasions some people really stands out for their excellent service.
After my tooth extraction I was a bit shaken up. The receptionist on duty namely Adele gave me a glass of water, advised me to sit for a while before leaving.
I am grateful to you all for your care.

Over the past few months Ive had to contact the practice as I have had a recurring dental problem.
On all occasions all staff, dentists and receptionists, have provided excellent service fitting me in as an emergency patient on the same day.
As my problem now involves more complex surgery I have been referred to the dental clinic where I will be added to their waiting list. By the time I got home from the dentist I received a text confirming that the referral had already been processed.
Thank you everyone for your kindness and efficiency. I have been a patient here for more than 26 years and the service has always been excellent.

Been 3 times now and every time it's been stellar service, Dr Carter has always been transparent on what's best and I've been well informed throughout. All staff members are so genuine and lovely and of course, always super clean too!

I have visited twice via the '111 Emergency Dentist' route, and on both occasions, they were very welcoming, professional and helpful. I hope they take on NHS Patients soon, I really need one ?

I love going to the dentist now. This is the first place i have felt has exceeded any expectations over previous dentist. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and fun to chat to. Dentists and hygienists as well. I may keep my teeth well into my 70s if i keep up my routine

The staff at reception are warm, friendly and efficient. Georgina, Chloe and the dental assistants are consummate professionals but also kind. They have left my teeth looking and feeling great! Hope you all have a great Christmas.

Dupa dental care in Newport Chepstow Road. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice, the staff are so helpful and really make your visit a pleasant one. Medi, my dentist, is so patient as I am petrified of the dentist, he is thoughtful and I would not trust anyone else.

Georgina is soo good with my nervousness about going to the dentist, really takes her time and explains everything she is doing. Reception staff very helpful too, always phone to check appointment is still convenient :)
