“Friendly, caring and attentive staff. A pleasure to visit this branch, everyone from the branch manager through to the customer advisers are friendly and smiling. The branch never really has a long wait time and coupled with the self-service machines, it is very easy to do business with Nationwide Building Society in Newport, Isle of Wight. There is free WiFi and seating too, ensuring a comfortable visit.Overall always satisfied with the service here and would recommend this branch to others, thank you to all.”

“Great staff, everyone. Never had a bad experience. And as for the chap who had to wait in the rain, hellooooo, there's a Pandemic on you muppet, only a certain number of people allowed in branch at any one time. You could've gone to B&M to buy a few Haribo to suck on whilst you were waiting, the sour ones would've been perfect for you. You do leave a lot of negative reviews don't you . . . . . Get back in the sea.Anyway, well done Nationwide and all the wonderful staff! Keep it up, you're doing great!”
