Wish I could give it a zero. Shocking service. Ordered a hydraulic platform 8 days in advance. Money (nearly £300) left our account immediately. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I deliberately stayed in but it did not get delivered. Phoned the main office and the lady said she would phone back in 5 minutes. She never did. The main office was then shut, although there is a voicemail service. However, their inbox was full meaning a message couldnâ??t be left. Instead we had to send an e mail. Our local branch has now just phoned and said there isnâ??t one available. Why accept the order? Why take our money? Absolutely shocking service.
