If I could give less stars or - stars I would. On 3 occasions now I have waited in a queue at the pharmacy of this store and ended up leaving with nothing. Wait times for prescriptions are awful. Whatever happened to waiting in. Mum had 1 day out of hospital and needed the medication for the evening, staff could care less, first of all they?re on lunch even thought they were both actually working (including serving) the lunch times poster inaccurate as they would be later back than it advertised, then they?d have to order the 1 items (extremely helpfully for a 1 night home stay for my mum) and then nearly 2 hours wait to collect. Nevermind my mum needs this medication sooner rather than later. Girl just didn?t care. And the way the first colleague announced that they were on lunch to the 6 people waiting in the queue wasn?t polite or friendly. As said this is the third time in this store now! I shall not be returning! Aren?t healthcare providers supposed to care?

Lovely experience in boots today, served By Katie on the Clinique area. Very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Its nice to have good service like that, its rare these day.

Update... Sooooo slow!! Honestly this place is a joke. Waiting 15 mins and the queue hasn't moved!! 1 person serving with zero care about the time people are waiting! Boots spytty...do better!

Let me book a yellow fever vaccination a week ago, called me today on the day of the appointment to cancel and tell me they don?t offer yellow fever and they?re sorry it let me book. But not sorry enough to cancel with any sort warning just wait until the day of and now I can?t get a booking before my flight is due to leave. Well done girls, top tier services and cost me £1400. Absolute incompetent idiots.

4 members of staff in the left hand section all stood by the front window having a gossip with no interest in helping any customers.
The staff in this location have an awful attitude in general but today was the icing on the cake.

Just been served by a lovely young lady Emma by the Estee Lauder counter. Friendly, knowledgeable and just delightful. Hoping a shout out may get the girl some praise as couldn't see a manager to tell.

The incompetence of Boots head office is taken with great pleasure at this store by the shop management. The staff on the tills have been replaced with self service, the staff through the store are reduce to minimum, and the pharmacist just walks away for a break when there is a que. I agree that we all need a break, but advance warning so we are not stood waiting in line would be nice, or someone to cover them. I left with nothing and shall not be returning.

All tills are self checkout, there's absolutely no need for some many tills. I hope they bring at least a couple normal tills cause I won't be going back.

Really don't know what has happened to this pharmacy?...it used to excellent...but the last 6 months it's service has totally collapsed to a total shambles...can't get through on the phone to find out about very late prescriptions ...where as there used to be a text to tell you that your prescription is ready... what used to be a very efficient pharmacy seems to have totally collapsed in a matter of months into utter shambles?
