Bad experience on arrival; had to wait for seven minutes to be seated despite virtually no one being in the pub. My wife has bad mobility and this service can only be described as totally AWFUL We had the main courses for under £8 (£7.99) Service was slow and unfriendly. Food was OK.
DO NOT BOTHER, they don't actually care if you are there or NOT?
Parking: Good for mobility challenged people
Wheelchair accessibility: Reasonably satisfactory.

Good offer 2 courses for £20 including drink but you had to ask for it (despite it being widely advertised) and the service was really slow.

Beware when u order a soft drink as they will automatically charge u for a bottomless drink without asking u. When I questioned this when we had the bill I was told it is something they always do. Not impressed at all

Staff were welcoming for my Father's 80th birthday. Food order was slow in coming, albeit we were on a table of 13. Haloumi fries, contained next to no Haloumi, and were fried to an inch of their life. The chargrilled Salmon I had was overcooked and dry. Not a good culinary experience at all. I doubt I will revisit

The food was terrible.. only had one bite.. The chicken tasted as if it was rotten.. Then informed the staff that i wasn't happy to eat the dish.. They did nothing.. They even tried to charge for it.. would not recommend and will never be back in that establishment..

The food was terrible even for Beefeater! The staff didn't seem to care when we complained that the chicken wings were off and unedible. Would rather of gon to the McDonald's across the road.

If only the food was as good as the service. Beefeater used to be a real treat for lovely food but alas no more. Poor quality food in small portions.

Food was good, very good value, well cooked steak. Prawns don't really taste of much, but overall we enjoyed.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, there just weren't enough of them... reflective of the management not the front of house staff. Left waiting by the door to be seated for a while, and subsequently at the table... but the waiting staff were on the go constantly.
Enjoyed, and would return.

Good food, great colours and interior. Kids portion was quite sad for the big kids meal, there was like a tablespoon of mash potato on my sisters plate :(. Fish was lovely tho x

When staying at the adjacent Premier Inn next door for an event at the neighbouring ICC, myself and a group visited this Beefeater for Dinner and then Breakfast the following day. This was pre-booked, and we opted for the 'meal deal'. This is a good choice for value! There are few options nearby for food and we were very restricted for time, meaning we could not travel far from the area, so settled for this convenient option. When arriving for our meals, the tables were dirty each time. For breakfast this was especially concerning as we were the first arrivals of the day. The crockery was similarly blemished and gritty, with food sticking to some of the plates. It seems like there was an issue with their pot wash. The food was mediocre, lukewarm, and not presented particularly well. The mushroom starter was sitting in a pool of grease, and the breakfast buffet items were suffering and drying out at the hot-plate. The bread at breakfast had clearly been sitting out for a long time uncovered as it was totally dried out! Our waitress was inexperienced and found serving us challenging - she was unaware of the 'meal deal' information, clearly didn't know the menu, and then when serving our order her t-shirt was dangling into dishes, which is not only pretty gross, but also knocked food off the plates and onto the floor, meaning we had to ask for a replacement item. Our food took an extremely long time to arrive. Our table was booked for 4pm and we did not leave until almost 6:30pm! Not so much cheap and cheerful as mediocre and disappointing.

A run of the mill lunch, nothing special. Slow service but staff were great. Food was about average for a Sunday lunch. "Staple" meats and veg, of smaller quantities.
