I loved it! Well worth the groupon deal for sure. People are moaning about them not answering the phone. Only two people work there and they are completing the treatments so cant always answer the phone straight away. They called me back when i left a message so it was no issue. Its not a scam!! Silly ?..The place was warm, clean and they were both so friendly.Ive experienced lots of massages and i can say that this was a good massage! I had the older of the two ladies. I could not fault it. My mother had the younger lady, and she felt comfortable and loved her treatments! (Im sorry i didnt catch your names)Thank you both, and see you soon for sure!! Keep doing a fab job xx

Bought a groupon voucher and tried to call continuously to book an appointment. Had to actually go to the salon and try and book one in person when I got there the door was open and the building was derelict. DO NOT BOOK with this company it is a scam and they are taking peoples money!!!!

Had a massage and facial I had the younger girl who was very nice with a friendly manner. The technique was very painful as though she was running her elbows up and down my back and shoulders. I had to try hard not to squeel in pain I'm sure she could feel my body tightening in discomfort. I was sore all day. I will say when she just used her hands it was better. Her elbows were too boney. The facial was basic and at one point I felt that there was hardly any of the face mask product being brushed about on my face. They left the room and I was constantly touching my face to see if I could feel anything on it and I was sure I couldn't feel anything. The sponge used to clean my face, didn't quite get into the crease of my nose so I didn't feel completely clean. The water temperature on the sponge was barely warm. I didn't feel like my skin benefited or glowed after the facial as I have when visiting other beauty salons. Which made me question the products used on me. How would i know with my eyes covered? I felt like they used products from the local home bargains, I have to be honest.The building once inside and upstairs was old with character but grubby. There was no toilet roll in the toilet. I think if you've never had treatments before you will probably have nothing to compare it too so possibly be happy. But I wasn't.Service: Massage

Will never use this place again. I booked an appointment told it was 11am when I got there they had told me it was at 10. They woukdbt fit me in an was argumentative about the time I was told my appointment was. To then be told they could fit me in next week when I have a bad back and really needed it today. Appalling service and they wrote my number one digit out so they couldn't contact me lol terrible customer service.

Went today for a back massage and facial. After our last appointment was cancelled because of therapist being sick which we found out the day before. (was quite annoyed but that cant be helped)Came today and really enjoyed, the therapists were lively and friendly. Beautiful old building with gorgeous character, quite outdated so a bit of TLC going into it would not go a miss.Lovely massage and facial, I would go back!

First time visit. Early mothers day treat from my daughters. Found the whole place smelly and dirty. Was in 2 thoughts if I would go ahead with treatment. Staff friendly massage was just OK. ( had better). Will definitely not be returning

Went to this place for a Swedish back neck and shoulder massage and a facial. The massage was okay however when knots were found in my back she pointed them out but ignored them so was left in pain. The facial was hilarious a little bit of water and a face mask. The place could do with a refurb and some money pumped into it. This could be a lovely place

Lovely Victorian building. Therapist was amazing. Gave a beautiful neck, back & shoulder massage. Great deals & friendly staff. Sadly not accessible for all due to being up stairs above shops
