People say they are ungrateful and don’t accept donations but those criticising has never worked in a charity shop and no nothing about what they go through .. Instead they use them as a local dump as they cba to drive to one and offload their rubbishShopped in there few weeks back and some of the stuff being donated...

Shocking experience. Unhelpful and ungrateful people.25th June approx 2.15pmI rung to ask if someone could assist from my car. I be pulling up soon. NO. If your parked outside can you not just bring it in.Ouch.... OK. I suppose I'll have too.7 large bags of clothing. Lots still with labels. Box's of shoes most unworn....
