What a contrast with the Swansea Branch where I have not had pleasant experiences of late.very unhelpful staff.

Went into Newport branch today armed with passport, cheque book and card expecting the Spanish inquisition to withdraw a substantial amount of cash, however,i was pleasantly surprised to meet a very smartly dressed team and was assured it wouldn't be a problem,an absolute pleasure doing business with these smiling helpful people, well done to you ?
